Due to heightened interest from Finland und Turkey, the Finish and Turkish contributions to the EU-27 Watch No. 9 are now available as pre-prints of the EU-27 Watch No. 9. Compiling all answers to the questionnaire from both countries, the pre-prints give a first impression of the new layout of the EU-27 Watch No. 9. The whole report will be available by 29 July 2010 on www.eu-27Watch.org.
